Monster Movies

We were learning about Beginning, Middle and End of a story this week. We made monsters and created our own stories. We got to use a cool and fun that app that let us make stop movies. We had to show our monsters moving in our stories. This is a movie that friend made about a monster who is being chased and has to escape.

Me and My Cheetah made a movie where the monsters had a dance off. We all got to show our movies to the class. It was so much fun! By: Skunk

Mr. Bones Loves Addition!

We made Mr. Bones during Math class. He had a lot of addition problems all over his body. We had to solve them and cut him out. We then had to glue him together on a Black piece of paper. Did you know that skeletons love Math? We had a lot of fun making this silly skeleton! By: Kitten

Gizdich Ranch

On Tuesday we went to Gizdich Ranch. We had lots of fun. First, we played on the haystack and on the tractor. Then we went to the apple classroom, and Granny Smith sang to us and talked about Johnny appleseed. We learned there are 7,128 types of apples.

Then we picked some apples off the tree. We had a bucket and we had to twist and pop the apple off the tree and not hurt the tree. We got so many of them!

Here you can see all the apples that we picked! After we picked apples, we learned how they squeeze them and make them into apple juice. We even got to try it! It was a really fun trip!

When we got back, two moms cut all the apples up and we made applesauce on Thursday! It was delicious. It was the best applesauce I have ever tasted. I used to hate applesauce and now I like it! It was the best Tuesday and Thursday ever! By: Donkey

Teddy Bear Baptism

Today our stuffed animals got baptism at school. We learned about Baptism and our faith. Baptism is sacrament and a sacrament is a sign of God's love. Father Angelo showed us how a baby or person is baptized. We took our stuffed animals to church and we put holy water on their heads. We said, "I baptize you in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." We also made sure that our animals had white gowns to wear and a baptismal candle. We even gave them godparents. It was a really cool thing to do with at our church. By: Koala
